The brief: “Why Werrington”

Our client, Poly Australia came to us with a new brief to sell the area of Werrington to people who had previously never heard of it or, if they had, had preconceived ideas about the area that didn’t reflect its true character and appeal.

Our challenge was to showcase the opportunity, connectivity and neighbourhood charm of the area to prospective buyers, to show them “why” they should buy in Werrington.

We created an engaging animation using an illustrated map of the local area to inject a unique character and a suite of infographics to emphasise all of the benefits of this residential pocket of Western Sydney – namely; the rapid growth, the convenience, the sense of community spirit and the opportunity to live an active outdoor lifestyle. Perfect for the whole family.

Animating the illustrated map and graphics provided a unique charm to the brand and campaign that really sets this project apart from its competitors in the House & Land space.
