Metropolis is an integrated agency, our team is primarily focused on the development and execution of campaigns for the real estate and property sectors. With a new client being brought onboard, we are looking to add to the team with an experienced Account Manager / Senior Account Manager.
Our ideal candidate has built and maintained exceptional client relationships, brings a minimum 3 years’ in a client facing media role. They will bring in-depth experience working with a range of mediums (especially press, digital and signage), as well as a strong understanding of the Australian media landscape. Project management skills are essential and experience in the property market preferred
- Establishing, building and nurturing strong relationships with clients at a senior level
- Proactively managing an Account Service team to ensure on time, on budget, on brand delivery of a high volume of property marketing campaigns
- Developing a high level competency in operating our online campaign management system (CAMPAIGNxpress) to ensure you are able to manage the workflow via this platform
- Developing strong relationships with key media and suppliers
- Proactively providing campaign insights and developing recommendations accordingly
- Participating in new business opportunities as required
To excel in this position, you must be a strong and confident communicator, someone who is client focused and results orientated. Being highly organised and a demonstrated ability to multi-task is a must. This is a very hands-on role working within a small team looking.
