Campaign Coordinator

We are a marketing consultancy for the property industry who treat our client’s business like it’s our own.
As a Campaign Coordinator working on a national commercial property account, you’ll collaborate with your peers to manage a high volume of property marketing campaigns; organising briefs and adhering to corporate branding guidelines; engaging and liaising with suppliers; maintaining deadlines and dispatch via an online marketing platform, plus completing general administrative duties.
Key tasks:
- Manage day to day campaign execution, including media bookings and artwork requests
- Communicate with clients via a ticketing system for the prioritisation of requests
- Communicate with key suppliers and media reps about quotes, orders, artwork dispatch and deadline management
- Assist senior team members with the development of proposals and delivery of large scale campaigns
- Collaborate with our performance team to coordinate the briefing and scheduling of paid search and social campaigns
Our ideal person:
- Is a team player, with 1 year of work experience in a marketing or customer service related role
- Has excellent communication skills and is comfortable with technology
- Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn!
