Metropolis is an integrated brand, digital and media agency with offices in Sydney and Melbourne. We are looking for a passionate creative to join our Sydney team as a Midweight Designer.

We’re focused on the creation of dynamic and strategic brands, campaigns, environments and technology. Working amongst a friendly, relaxed and dynamic crew, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on projects, creating inspired solutions that are both compelling and distinctive.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 5 years advertising or design agency experience
• Have the ability to develop strategic ideas that are beautifully and consistently executed
• Be a motivated self-starter keen to push their ideas further and make them a reality
• Have a branding background, with well presented case studies demonstrating a variety of skills and application across print, digital and environmental design – shoot art direction an advantage
• Confident presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a vision and conceptual ideas internally and to clients

Reporting to the Head of Design, you must be a strong and confident communicator, someone who is up to date with everything new in the design industry and ready to share ideas and inspiration with the team.
