Barca APH

The Task

Create a name and brand for 45-59 Byron Street, a luxury north-facing development designed by architecture and interior design practice Arkhefield, made up of 61 dwellings. The vision for this development was to create a landmark site and reference point for Bulimba.

Our Approach

Italian for ‘boat’, Barca provides a strong connection to the location and boat building history of the site, whilst reflecting the refined elegance of the famous Italian Riviera coastline. The campaign idea ‘Set a new course for your life’ resonates with prospective buyers as they will be making a significant change with their purchase, either stepping up to a new level of living or entering a new phase of their life. The striking photography featuring a couple enjoying a riverside life reinforces the amazing lifestyle opportunity on offer, conjuring the idea of an exclusive and stylish lifestyle that awaits our target audience.

The Result

With only limited media activity, the campaign to date has been highly successful with over 1,200 leads generated in the ROI phase – an overwhelming response considering the project size. The project is not currently selling so sales results are unknown however it is anticipated that results will be strong.
