Create a name and identity for Pointcorp’s first House & Land project in Coomera. The new brand is to showcase the quality synonymous with all Pointcorp projects and set them apart from the competition in this space.
We were looking for a modern, unique name that symbolises quality and the community aspect of the development while still different from the norm. We selected the name Bloom which epitomizes the feeling that our estate is part of a growing, thriving community and an opportunity for people to flourish.
The brand we created is modern and unique in the House & Land space and reflects the superior calibre of the designs and finishes offered by Pointcorp.
