The Task

Create a name, brand and integrated marketing campaign to launch the fourth residential release, and the first for two years, at Central Park.

Our Approach

Inspired by the building’s avant‑garde architecture, lenticular fins, distinctive copper sheen and bold interior design and colours – Connor is a reflection of it surroundings and the modern urban attitudes of those who choose to buy there.

The Result

The media campaign leveraged a strong digital focus through online real estate channels, social media and search engine marketing involving Google Adwords and online video distribution. The Connor launch video was viewed over 856,000 times in three weeks and Facebook accounted for over 67% of the leads over the course of the campaign at a cost per lead of less than $14. The total number of leads for the campaign was over 1,150.
