Create a name, brand and integrated campaign for a new development in Double Bay – 38 boutique apartments on New South Head road. The project’s display suite was planned to be open for one weekend only so our challenge was maximising the leads generated in the ROI phase.
Essence was inspired by the building’s unique, elegant and timeless design as well as being located just moments from Double Bay’s vibrant cosmopolitan village, parks and beaches. Our approach was to let the product speak for itself by creating a clean, sophisticated and elegant identity. The campaign was supported by beautiful yet vibrant location imagery and video footage capturing the iconic Double Bay culture appealing to both our local owner occupier & investor markets.
