Our Approach

The name ‘Evergreen’ spoke to a place where everyday Australians from all walks of life can achieve their dream of owning a new home. The brand portrays a vibrant, caring and connected community and the message promotes a secure future for families of the new neighbourhood.

The launch campaign generated over 1600 enquiries in the first 6 months. There was a great response to the campaign – including search & social with the most enquiries being generated through Domain.
