Leichhardt Green BY GREENLAND

The Task

Create a name, brand and integrated campaign for Greenland’s third development in Sydney, an urban residential community comprising of 5 apartment buildings in Leichhardt.

Our Approach

Leichhardt has experienced nearly 40% house price growth in the last 5 years, which means many buyers have been priced out of the area. It is a desirable suburb due to the established community and social infrastructure however the area is largely under-supplied with apartments. Our aim was to take advantage of the strong local demand, creating a brand platform that positions the development as more than an apartment building but rather a vibrant village community.

The brand design was inspired by the neighbouring leafy streets and the urban lifestyle of the Inner West. Leichhardt Green creates a platform that celebrates the local community whilst highlighting the numerous amenities and beautiful landscaped grounds of the development which appeal to both owner-occupier and investor markets.

The Result

The media campaign for Leichhardt Green consisting of outdoor, print, DM, digital and social media generated over 3000 enquiries during the initial 8 week period. The campaign has generated over 7855 enquiries in total, including all client referrals from CBRE.
