The Task

Develop a name, brand and campaign to launch Centuria Capital’s boutique development in Mosman.

Our Approach

On the site of a landmark commercial building, Monarch represented a complete re-interpretation of the look of the prominent Mosman corner. Our approach was to find a way to link this re-creation with the wants and needs of our audience and offer them an holistic answer that would appeal to their sense of optimism and opportunity. Our campaign idea describes a metamorphosis of the building from commercial to residential, from suburban to urban and from dated to contemporary. Resulting in the tagline, Transform your life.

The Result

The media campaign covered both local print media channels and DM along with digital real estate media listings and banners. The overall campaign generated over 1,100 enquiries and around 95% of apartments were sold within three weeks of launch.
