On the site of a landmark commercial building, Monarch represented a complete re-interpretation of the look of the prominent Mosman corner. Our approach was to find a way to link this re-creation with the wants and needs of our audience and offer them an holistic answer that would appeal to their sense of optimism and opportunity. Our campaign idea describes a metamorphosis of the building from commercial to residential, from suburban to urban and from dated to contemporary. Resulting in the tagline, Transform your life.
