The Task

To develop a unique and authentic brand that establishesa clear point of difference within the highly competitive Macquarie Park region.

Our Approach

To focus on the unique customer-centric and detail oriented philosophy of Coli Australia and highlight this through the campaign and brand. The name Neue, the German word for “new” is a reflection of the brand new standard of living that will be offered by this new project and the unique product with every detail “Crafted to Inspire”.

The launch of Stage One saw 50% of the apartments sold within the first 2 hours of the Display Suite opening.
