The Flourmill OF SUMMER HILL

The Task

Create a name, brand and integrated marketing campaign for the EG Fund’s development of the former Mungo Scott flour mill in Summer Hill.

Our Approach

The industrial heritage of the site combined with the suburb’s own unique character provided us with a foundation on which to build a campaign that celebrates the coming together of the past and future; The new Summer Hill at the old Flour Mill.

The Result

The campaign was highly regarded by the local community with over 250 people attending the site’s opening weekend. The campaign generated over 2,000 enquiries and 100 of the 127 apartments reserved prior to public launch with the balance selling out within four weeks.
