The Task

Create a name, brand and integrated media campaign for Pointcorp’s luxury residential tower of just 42 apartments in Highgate Hill.

Our Approach

The collaboration of Pointcorp, Cottee Parker, Dunn & Moran, Blainey North Interiors and Neil Perry Kitchen produced an apartment building that spoke for itself. Our campaign aimed to present the product beautifully and tell the story of how the passion that each consultant bought to the project has resulted in a place that buyers would ultimately love to live in.

Digital assets created for The Highgate campaign included a beautifully designed responsive website and an iPad app for the Display Suite. The iPad app removed the need for walls of branded collateral and kept the suite as clean and streamlined as the design of the apartments themselves. The iPad app featured videos, views from multiple levels, all floor plate and plans as well as a gallery of renders and finishes.

The Result

Through an innovative and integrated marketing campaign, over 1,200 leads were generated for just 35 apartments, with a targeted digital media campaign driving 85% of prospective buyers. The campaign also received broad nationwide media coverage, with exposure across print, television and digital channels – including Channel 7, The Australian and the AFR. This strategy resulted in 75% of apartments sold prior to public launch with the developer withholding the remaining stock until after completion.
