Located in a truly unique location of Duranbah/Rainbow Bay. Awaken is inspired by the beaches, the ocean views, the surfing and the state of mind that comes with living in this area. For where you did not see…now it is clear. To be awaken is to live a blessed life. To be awaken is to be truly free.

Awaken is rare opportunity for the fortunate few, featuring only 9 whole floor apartments. The project was marketed 100% using video content and digital sales and marketing assets and achieved the highest price per sqm for an apartment in the southern Gold Coast.
