Project Background

An unrepeatable location complete with a new state of mind. Gracing the epicentre of Australia’s most iconic coastal playground, Flow Residences at Rainbow Bay has been dreamed, designed and purpose-built in a way that promotes a more involved and energised living ideology. Flow states transform time, create calm, clarity and balance. Living at Flow means living the best of your best life.

The Flow Residences online presence had to be as unique as the development itself. Showcasing the beautiful architecture and interior design combined with the amazing views over Rainbow Bay asked for a slightly different approach. Using a side scroll not only sets it apart from other sites, it all gives you the feeling of browsing through a high end interactive brochure.

Additionally to the Flow website, we also developed an agent app that seamlessly integrated with the sales process within the display suite.

In collaboration with the agents, we determined the right sections and content that played nicely and supported the agents story telling while talking to potential purchasers.

Using best practices for SEO and combining our audience research with our paid advertising strategy across Google, Facebook and property portals, we achieved amazing results for our client and the project sold out in record time.
