As a Campaign Coordinator working on a national commercial property account, your key responsibilities are:
- Collaborate with your team to manage a high volume of property marketing campaigns
- Facilitate briefs to our studio for amendments to press ads, signboards and digital artwork
- Adhere to our clients strict corporate branding guidelines
- Liaise with key national suppliers
- Manage client correspondence via our email management tool, Zendesk
- Work with your team to ensure our clients receive a timely response
- Meet all campaign deadlines via our online marketing platform
Our ideal person:
- Has work experience in a customer service related role
- Has excellent communication skills and is comfortable with technology
