GEM Penthouse AVJennings

The Task

Metropolis was engaged to develop a new brand for the penthouse release at Gem Apartments. Gem Apartments is one of the stage releases of Waterline Place, a multi-stage development by AVJennings.

Our Approach

To develop a brand which was premium and would differentiate the Penthouses release from the apartments. The original Gem Apartments brand was reimagined to exude elegance and exclusivity. The brand leveraged the material finishes of the penthouses which included black and marble.

The Result

The Gem Penthouse release was launched via off-market channels with an emphasis on exclusivity and one-to-one marketing. AVJennings secured VIP appointments throughout the first months of off-market activity.
